Room was clean, big and comfy. Air conditioning could be better. But other than that, all was good. Staffs were very friendly, but would have been better if there was more than 1 staff for checking in. The wait was a bit too long for me.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.. Room was very clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Attatched restaurant was very convenient

Every staff member was incredible, but extra credit to the breakfast matron Olena who is the best you’ll find anywhere in the world!

We loved this place!. A real gem in the middle of BC. We booked this because it had a hot tub and steam sauna. It was awesome to soak in the tub, then take a steam. We had to reserve a time because of the pandemic, and that gave us the place to ourselves! A real joy to take in after a long day on the road. Breakfast was included in the attached Dennys. we got a breakfast card from the front desk.

The breakfast was thru Denny’s with coupons from BW and I was pleased to have a reputable restaurant attached, the convenience was great to start the day. Was good to see strict security measures in place at night.

Large beautiful room. All facilities including breakfast, coffee bar. Microwave and refrigerator in room, couch, comfortable table and chairs, couch and beautiful shower!
